L: 1/4 cup ff refried beans with low fat cheese and I am sipping on my Roadside Lemonade with decaf ice tea (23 grams of protein and 32 oz. of water.
D: probably a protien drink but havent decided. I still need 36 grams of protein.
Vitamins - Yep
Water - Working on it. 40 oz so far.
Excercise - Walked a mile and half on the treadmill this morning and planning on taking lil man for a walk after work.

Happy Monday Cali Crew.....Just want'd to play today since I will not be able to get to a computer for the next 7 days. I will be camping and then going to catolina for the weekend. I will have pics when I get back. In order to prepare for no blender I went and bought some bullets and premade drinks. I am all ready with my protien.

So here goes for today.

B - Scrambled egg with some cheese
S - One of those Laughing Cow light cheese wedges -garlic & herb... made me wish I had crackers
L - 1/2 C. Chicken Fajita salad. It has chicken (duh) tomato slices, cilantro, jalapenos and onions It's yummy
S - Baby Bel Gouda
D - 1/2 of a turkey tenderloin wrapped with bacon, 1/2 or so of a grilled zucchini
Later - most likely a sugar free jello or pudding
Water - TONS! (more than 100 ounces easy)
Vitamins - nope
Exercise - nope
