I would think it would depend on the type of wls you are having.

'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid insideways ... half a bottle of vodka in one hand ... a fat cigar in the other... a body thoroughly used up and totally worn out ... and screaming;'whooooohooooo what a ride'!'  HW/251 SW/242 CW/134 GW/140  WOW!! 117# Gone

I can only take 5 days off, 3 with pay.  But if it's that bad, I can take extra... I just can't miss that much $, lol...

I'm going to ask them that if I start feeling icky, can I go home and I'm sure they'll work with me on it.  I'm an Insurance Agent so I sit on my arse all day anyways, lol  I'm hoping for a speedy recovery, myself.

When I had my tubes done via laprascopic, I took I think 3 days off.  I was still sore but was ok and that's when I worked at a crazy animal hospital, running around all the time!  I just think everyone is different.  Good luck!
