WDYET? Kind of Late
Today was a day that's for sure.
B - 1 pkg. of some soy cereal 15 gm protein & 5 carbs not too exciting
L - The rest of the chile verde I had for dinner last night
S - 1 oz. jerky & 3 walnut halves
D - 2 ounces pork tenderloin & 4 bites of salad
S - ? hmmm... maybe a SF Jello
Water - at least 100 ounces
Vitamins - yup
Exercise - Walked with my daughter & husband and the Lexie and I rode bikes this evening.
