s- SF Vanilla iced coffe
D- Asian Chicken Salad (no noodles, LF Dressing)

LNS- A protein shake- maybe two if Im hungry

vitamins- Y
water- Y
Exercise- Back spasms, so not today

I'm late but what's new...

LND - A small pork chop and a bite of salad

LNS - sugar free jello and a sugar free pudding

B - 2 slice of liverwurst with a tint bit of mayo

L - jerky

S - jerky

D - about 4 ounces, maybe more of chile verde with cheese on top. The waitress must of thought I was weird. I was good... no chips, salsa nuttin' but chile verde

S - most likely sugar free pudding or jello

Water - so far about 100 ounces

vitamins  - yup

Better late than never.  I weighed today and then put away the scale until jan 1.  Also no bread rice pasta or potatoes until the new year. (might make an exception for thanksgiving or Christmas).

B: scrambled eggs w/smoked sausage, onion, and l/f cheese
S: isopure
L: l/f cottage cheese and fruit salad
S: 1/2 pure protein bar
D: turkey burger w l/f cheese and chopped tomato onion and pickles
S: few bites of cheesecake

water: could use more
vit: yep
