Ok whose playing today???  I know I am!!

LND:  4 sauceless buffalo wings from KFC & some popcorn chicken
LNS:  Nada

B:  SlimFast Low carb poured into 4oz coffee and heated up
S:  Egg mockmuffin; baked oatmeal bar
L:  Small salad; 1/4 cup refried beans
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese; pineapple ring
D:  2 sauceless buffalo wings; 1 chicken leg (ala KFC)

Water:  10 cups
Vitamins:  All gone
Exercise:  Dancing the night away

Boy...when you type this all out...it sure makes you realize all the crap I eat...ugh!

LND: 1/2 chipotle carnitas bowl
LNS: SF banana pudding, light & Fit yogurt,100 calorie pack chex mix, oh wait...theres more kids...string cheese,another pudding.
(honesty..right?? Ok...so this was between 7:00 - 11:00..but ****why do I snack so much???

L: Chicken Ceasar Salad
S: nada
D: We are going out...a ****tail will be involved after my day.
S: Hopefully nothing...I ate enough last night for a week!!!!

LND: Frozen yogurt...fat free, but then I added Reeces and Twix....kinda defeated the whole healthy purpose!!!
S: Popcorn, no butter

B: 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich, 1/2 of a short skinny hazelnut latte...had to be at work at 3:45 this morning, so as soon as I opened up the espresso machine, I had to get a couple "shots" in me!!!
S: Skinny Hazelnut latte
L: Chopped salad
D: 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich
S: might go and get a Frap Light tonight

Water: Not doing all that great, hope to get a couple glasses in tonight.
Vitamins: Halfway there
Exercise: hmmm...may walk to Starbucks, may not! But, I'll do my Core stuff for sure.

Hey g/f how are you?  When do you leave for Mexico?  Let's do lunch before you go.  I'm VERY flexible since I got laid off. lol  I should get back online...I need to loose a few pounds before my wedding...I've gained like 10 lbs since I've been off work...I just graze all day....it's pathetic!  Miss you!! xoxoxo

I understand, I tend to graze when I have a day off.....sleep....graze....sleep....graze....sleep....ugh!

I work tomorrow night, but have Sunday and Monday evening free. Those are the only ones, as Tuesday is my last night home and I'll be so busy...but I'm told to pack very light. I like that

Oh wow...let's see my parents are coming up on Sunday to go to church with us and then have lunch at the Golf Course where we are having the wedding....I'm not sure how long they are going to stay.  I was planning on going to the women's bible study at church on Monday night, I think it starts at 7:00 or something like that....would you want to do dinner before that and go with me???  Gosh, you must be soooo excited!  I sure wish I could have done plastics before the wedding!  Sure would have made things easier with the dress choice...not too much to choose from out there with sleeves...so I have to have them add sleeves to cover the dear old batwings!

D: Homemade chilli, small square of homemade cornbread (made with Splenda)
S: ???

ok...since I'm on here I may as well play along!

B - cottage cheese and light fruit ****tail
S - tall Cafe Americano and 1 petite vanilla scone (darn those things anyway)

L- Salad and 1 1/2 pcs of Hawaiin pizza

S- a Power Crunch bar...and well....ok I confess....a low-fat ice cream cone at Mickey D's....ok and the pop-tart I just ate while typing this. Sheesh!

D - Not really sure yet....probably cheeseburgers and whatever left overs I can find in the fridge.
