Calorie Count -dot- come

I have been using Calorie Count dot com (caloriecount.com)  to calculate and record everything I eat.  It does Fast food, brand names, generic items, you name it.  Some of the items are best calculated with a calculator since three ounces is the standard amount, except when a cup or half cup is indicated.  All you need to do is divide each category (Protein, Carbs, Fat, Calories) by the number of ounces in a half or full cup (four or eight, respectively), then multiply the result by the number of ounces you consume.  It is a one-stop shop for calorie counters and a great tool to access.

Hope it works as well for you as it does for me!

Ciao...

Thanks a bunch for sharing this info...I'm positive this will help me lose the 10% body weight I need to lose before having the surgery.

Thank You
