Tiny? Me?
I just had to share this with you guys, I was going around the building in the morning like I usually do, putting up the calendars for all the different meeting rooms and I saw that I needed to talk to one of the sups in an area, so as I walked up to her office, I saw that she had some folks in there, so I stood back a bit and she said hi to me. That caused one of the case manager nurses who was talking to her turn to me and do a double take. She hadn't seen me since before my surgery, as I think she was out on maternity leave then, and since then has been working as a per diem. She looked at me and said, "Oh my God!!!
Kim, you're so tiny!!"
I laughed and said that I don't see myself as tiny, I'll agree that I'm smaller than I was this time last year...lol
I know I'll be having more of those as I'll be seeing my brother next Friday, he hasn't seen me since I was a few weeks post op and then I'll be seeing some other people camping who haven't seen me since pre surg, so I think I'll be able to report back later on about some awesome WOW moments.
Thanks God for this incredible life changing surgery. xo Kim
