Hey girl no getting sick allowed, arent weekends for fun? I want to know the plan to lose the last bit of weight too, I want these 10-13 lbs gone!!
On to the food..........

LND: Homemade Meat Spaghetti sauce with 2% Mozzarella cheese
LNS: South Beach high protein Peanut Butter Bar

B: Coffee with my Pro Complex protein
S: none
L: Left over Spaghetti stuff
S: Cherry Almond Granola
D: Half a baked potato with spaghetti sauce and cheese (Just me but I cant cook small so always lots of leftovers, lol)
S: Doubt it I ate too much~~Owie

Water: Yeppers
Vitamins: All Down
Exercise: Pilates, core ball work and elliptical (guess no job is making me exercise more)

 Still not losing and it has been almost 3 weeks....AARRRG!

B: egg w/cheese
S: protein drink
L: 2 0z tuna
S sf popsicle
D: half a yogurt with kashi go lean

I got close to 50g of protein all my water, vitamins and I walked for 40 min yesterday. Any suggestions to get my weight loss going again??
