WDYET?? THURSDAY!!!!!
Spray a muffin tin...brown a package of breakfast sausage and cut them up into little pieces, put one sausage into each muffin cup, top with a little cheese...whisk together a dozen eggs with a little milk, salt, pepper....pour into the tins over the sausage and cheese, bake until set, pop out and freeze!
Sometimes I put spinach and swiss cheese...sometimes sauteed mushrooms and onions...sometimes loose sausage...I make em different everytime!
Basically just about anything that you would like in an omelette you can put into them.

LND - 1/2 a leftober sandwich from lunch the day before
LNS - nothing
Early Am - Coffee with Advantage then another coffee with cappucino Nectar
B - 2 egg omelette (w/egg beaters) w/ cheese and bacon, 2 bites of hash browns and 1/4 piece of ww toast
S - none
L - 2 oz chicken, 1 string cheese, 2 pita chips
S - 100 cal granola bar
D - probably more chicken and some salad
W - working on it - almost there
V - Yep always in the am
E - no - only walking around costco.

Ok, a Mocha Frap Light (without whip), I must admit can be a bit boring, but it does save you in calories: 110, 140, 210 For Tall, Grande, Venti. Regulars are: 280, 380, 500. Our whip is very high in calories because we not only use heavy whipping cream, but also vanilla syrup. That's why it's so dang tasty!
