WDYET?? THURSDAY!!!!!

I'm not feeling too great today....major sore throat on one side only. Usually that means strep with me, but I'm keeping everything crossed that it's only a cold and nothing more. Thank God the weekend is almost here so I can just relax!
I did make a change this morning.....swapped my morning routine of a mocha frap with whip for a mocha LIGHT frap with no whip. Wasn't quite as good, but still did the trick. Maybe our Starbuck's queen Janel can let me know how much I saved by doing that! LOL
So, here's mine....come out and play and tell us what YOU are eating today!!!
LND: open face tuna melt w/ cheese
LNS: a "ho ho"...yummmmmmmm!!! LOL
B: mocha light frap
S: pretzels
L: getting ready to have some hot n sour soup in a few...hoping it will help my throat a bit.
S: craving some cherry yoplait, so I will run down the street and grab some
D: think I'm going to run to the deli for matzo ball soup....it's the magical cure!
S: ????
Water: not yet....I need to start
Vitamins: yes
Exercise: think I'll take today off unless I feel better

I went to Dr. Billy this morning and we have a good plan to get the last 30 pounds off before the end of the year. It's always so motivating to go to his office. He's great with ideas and motivation. I am going to follow up with him every 3 months to make sure I'm on track.
LND- the insides of a gross chicken pot pie and a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. I couldn't figure out what I wanted!
B- yoplait light and a 1/2 plum
L- Carls Jr burger, 1/2 bun
D- I have chicken in the crock pot, I'll make zucchini and yellow squash and mashed potatoes. I also made a chocolate cake, but I'll skip that!

w- pretty good so far
e- I actually did go on a bike ride with Timmy last night, and I'll try to go on another tonight

NOTE: If it seems like 1750 calories sounds like a lot, it's because I'm 6'1. He did a whole metobalic workup on me based on my muscle mass, height, weight, etc. and that's the number he came up with.
LND: half of a chicken breast and a small piece of garlic bread
LNS: nada
B: Protein shake
S: a few frosted mini wheats (I know, random!) and a string cheese several hours apart
L: dunno yet, I have to go to the store and see what I can find, I think I might get a few slices of lunchmeat from the deli counter
S: I have a yogurt....
D: I think I'm going to grill off some hamburger patties and smother one in browned onions...and I have an eggplant to cook, guess I will throw that on the grill too!
S: probably nothing
Water: not even close today, which is a good reminder to start drinking it
Vits: calcium down, multis not yet, I will take one when I eat lunch
Exercise: I dont know, I need to do something but I still cant walk on my ankle...maybe I will get out my exercise ball and do some core work??
Wow today is full of question marks for me, can you tell I am feeling kind of blah in general? LOL

Egg mockmuffin was posted by someone. You take a lb of ground turkey (I add onions) and brown it, drain and season. Allow to cool. Take about 6 eggs scramble them and add cheese and mix in cooled ground turkey. Spray a muffin tin with pam and scoop about 1/4-1/3 cup of mixture per muffin. Cook 350 for 20 minutes. They pop right out the muffin tin and there you have 12 quick ready to go little egg mockmuffins. They can be frozen and many variations can be made too.
