Angel?

When is a good time to request an "angel"?  I'm going to need some guidance and support going through this, I'm just a little over a month away from surgery now.  Not sure if it's ok to "ask" for one, or how it works.

I'll tell you right off, I'm NOT a phone person, I don't like getting home and talking on the phone after I've been doing it all day at work, lol... I can email from anywhere or IM.  Until I can come out of my shell a bit, that may be my way to communicate.  I'm sorry, but that's me, right now.  :)  Things will change, I promise.

If anyone would like to be my friend even, just friend me.. that would be nice too :)

Thanks again, this place is really nice and supportive and I'm getting a lot of good notes here also with a lot of conflicting advice.  But I realize now that I have to listen to MY doctor etc and not everyone elses, and that is where I'm getting screwed up.

Lord, I'm on a typing binge today, sorry, lol :)

How are you doing?  Recovering well?  

I have my Nut & Psych appt on Monday and I'm so anxious!!!  My surgery is scheduled for Sept 12th (WHY they schedule them BEFORE you're approved is beyond me!) and that's coming up pretty quick, hee hee!
