The program seems too skewed toward plastic surgery. I am not interested in PS. I am interested in bariatric support.

Seems like a waste of time to me.

I plan on being there Michele, I can't wait!!!!  I went to the Irvine one last year in April and it was a blast!! It is soooo great to meet OH people and just hang together for support and tons of fun!!!
I might stay at a cheaper hotel nearby though, this one is kind of expensive even with roommates. I gotta see who all is going and figure out a room sharing plan!!

Bec I am planning on going but in looking at sharing a room with others because of the costs. I can get the lowest rate at that hotel of 118.00/night before tax with my military rate. I had looked at others in the area but many were out of walking distance for me as I am bringing the train down. Jenn

I have been to one weekend event here in Visalia two years ago and then three day events, but never a national such as this. I was to go to the one in April 07 but my husbands cousin died and we had to go north for her funeral. I am so looking forward to it. I am going to the Sacramento event in August, in fact I am one of the speakers. That will be so exciting.

I was wondering if anyone was gonna be going.  Is everyone planning on staying for the whole weekend?  Just one night?   Is there enough activities to want to be there the whole weekend?
Anyone from Ventura or San Fernando ish area planning on going????
