WDYET?? BRINGING IT BACK!!!!!
You know, it's one thing to admit to being bad.....another to document it.....but here goes:
LND: Went to a local establishment with some friends during Happy Hour:
3 glasses of wine
a few "Tachos" (potato chips with salsa, bacon bits, blue cheese)
1 1/2 deviled eggs
A few fries
B: 1 deviled egg
S: 3 shots of espresso over ice, with some 2% milk
L: 3 or 4 chicken tenders, pretty small ones
S: Starbucks Doubleshot over ice (5 shots this time!) with some non fat milk
Chips and Dip

D: Haven't eaten yet, but did grill some salmon a little bit ago.
S: Really want some frozen yogurt.....probably should eat the salmon first though.
Water: What is that? Had some decaf iced tea and Crystal Light
Vitamins: Ok, now we're talking....doing good there!
Exercise: Walked a few blocks to get a pedicure, tan, and get some espresso this morning. Plan to walk to get some frozen yogurt later. Whatever works at this point. Also did my Core exercises at home.
And they say confession is good for the soul...........
