Official Bungee Jumping Information

Ok adventure seekers (and the wimps who only want to hike and laugh! LOL), here is the official bungee jumping information.

 

I spoke with the company and these are the details.  All jumpers (and spectators if you want) will meet at 7:30 a.m. in Azusa to fill out the necessary paperwork.  We then drive our own cars about 20 minutes to the trailhead.  As a group, jumpers and spectators will embark on a 4 mile hike to the bridge.  They say that right now there are 6 river crossings and the hike is beautiful.  At the bridge, jumpers will undergo training.  We are supposed to bring a picnic lunch.  Also bring an extra pair of dry shoes (I will also be bringing a change of underwear just incase!  LOL).  After we are done jumping, we are free to start our hike back.  We should expect to arrive back at our cars around 5:00 p.m. 

 

We have a pretty large group of spectators and jumpers…this is going to be so much fun!!!!!!!!!!

In order to get a group discount, ONE perrson has to make the reservation and put down the deposits for everyone.  I have called and confirmed that the date of August 23rd is available for us.  If you want to jump, I will need you to PM me so I can give you my address to mail the $20.00 deposit to.  I would like to be able to call early next week to give them my credit card to guarantee our spot so I would like to receive the deposits soon. 

 

Here are the official prices and discounts available depending on the group size.  Although, as the organizer I’d love to jump for free..LOL…of course we will split the “free jump”, as well as the other discount if we get enough people, evenly between the jumpers. 

 

 

Cost:  I am thinking of doing the 3 jump package….although I’d love to be able to do flips, 5 seems like way too many.  LOL

Extreme Package $165 Five jumps. Four jumps with body harness. Choose four from the following list:  front dive, back dive, front flips, back flips and elevator drop. Fifth jump is with the ankle harness.

Supreme Package $127 Three jumps. First two jumps: Front Swan Dive AND Backward Plunge with a body harness. Third jump: Either body harness or ankle harness.

Twin Package $109 Two jumps. First jump: Front Swan Dive OR Backward Plunge with a body harness.

Single Jump $69 One jump. Either Front Swan Dive or Backward Plunge with a body harness.

Discounts:

6 jumpers = Group organizer jumps free

11-15 jumpers = 10% discount/Organizer jumps free

16+ jumpers = 15% discount/Organizer jumps free

Reservations & Payments:

Advance reservations are required. To reserve a specific date, a non-refundable deposit of $20.00 per person is required. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Balance of payment must be received one week before trip date. Include name, address, day and evening phone numbers, group size and the date you would like to jump. Please make checks payable to Bungee America, Inc. Group organizers are responsible for sending one payment for the group.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All advance payments (less deposits) are refundable until seven days prior to trip date, after which there are no refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. No rain checks will be given for no-shows.

PM me your address, I will send you the deposits for me and my girl Liz. I am not sure I will be able to go now but I want to get you the deposits anyway, incase it works out! (I may be in TX picking up a car from mi madre, she bought a new one and is giving me hers for free!)

Oh, I wish I could make it to cheer everyone on, but we will be in San Jose that week-end...but, I will be there in sprit!!!  Good luck eveyone and please be safe!!!  I can't wait to see pictures!!!

OMG -  you all are freeking crazy - although I would love to watch _ don't think my knee would permit the 4 mile hike but I will surely be thinking of you all and be with you in spirit.  I expect to see TONS of pictures.  I have a wedding to go to that weekend and then I leave for a week in Vegas that following Monday.
