Good morning Janine and Cali Crew. Happy Wacky Weigh-in Wednesday.

Janine, congrats on the continued weightloss. You are such an inspiration to everyone.

I am down 3 pounds from last week for at total o**** pounds since surgery and 59.5 pounds from my highest weight. The weightloss has slowed down from being in the wheelchair for the past 7 weeks, so I can't wait to get this cast off so I can get mobile again. I have 12 days until the cast comes off. Woooohoooooooo!!!!

I only lost 6/10ths of a pound this week.    A little disappointing, but I've had several weeks like this in the last six months and then sudden drops in weight.  So I'll just keep doing what I'm doing; eating right and exercising.

Congrats on making it to onderland Jean!!!!!!!

Have a great day California.

I gained two.   I've been so busy and on the run between my grown kids and all the stress they're causing, Jayden here, there and everywhere, slacking on the exercise.  I had to take myself out of the game, give myself a big talking to  and re-organize, re-group, and re-focus.  I am now back on track.  I'm going to give kick boxing a try.  One of the guys here is the instructor and he just gave me a 2 week pass to go give it a try and if I like it he'll give me a discount.  Kicking the crap out of something is so much more appealing than riding the darn bike to nowhere!

My kids................anyone want to adopt the oldest and the youngest biologicals?  My middle kid just got a job at IMD (same company that made The Polar Express and Monster House) and starts at the end of the month as a Resource TA working the Rendering Arm (whatever that is???)  The other two are having housing / money / work issues and stressing me out.  Arrrgh.  Whoops, will save that till the Friday Gripe.

Mowed, trimmed, edged the lawn last night.  Worked up a good sweat.

Well, back to work

Hello Whacky Weigh In Wednesday!!!
I have lost 2lbs in the past couple of weeks, and inches!!  I was able to get into a pair of pants that have been able to get into a couple weeks ago.  Even though it was 2 lbs, I have a lot of people this week...ask me how much I have lost, because it looks like I have dropped a lot more weight.  So even if the scale doesn't show much movement the inches do and that is such a wonderful feeling.

I seem to have gained a pound.  I've been really bad about exercising.  I've got to get back on the routine.  It was so much easier when I was substituting - I'd just stop at the gym on the way home.  Now I just don't feel like leaving the house...  Oh, well - no excuses!  I'll be better next week!

Hello Cali!  Good evening.  I am doing really well and looking forward to tomorrow where I will be beginning my Stage III foods, pureed.  I am getting really tired of just protien drinks.  This is my first weight in and I saw the dr for my post op appointment and I am down 26 pounds since the Friday before surgery.  I am very excited.  Only 4 more pounds and I will be in the 200's.
