Good Morning Janine and Crew!

No weigh in for me today, the scale broke again and I took Candi's advice and didn't buy a new one yet. My clothes are DEFINITELY looser though, I put on a pair of capri's this morning when I got out of bed and they are literally falling off of me! I'll take it! LOL

My mom called me last night and told me she got a new car and wanted to know if I wanted her old one (1999 or 2000 Toyota Echo), which is great since Chris and I are sharing one car right now! I just have to get myself out to Amarillo to pick it up. Anyone want to take a road trip? LOL

My ankle is bothering me again today, so I think I am just going to try to take it easy...wrap it up, head to work, then back home to relax a little this evening.

OK...I better get a move on and get into the shower!

Good Morning Janine and Cali,

Didn't wieght today as the scale and my food addiction are getting the worse of me.  I have decided that I will weigh august 1st and not again until january 1st.  Its weird to say but I think life was easier to a certain extent when i was too heavy for most scales.  But I am happy that I have the recognition now of my disease and the tool to combat it.

Good Morning California!

As m;y son says I have only 2 more sleeps till surgery!  The support from everyone has been awesome.  I have been so blessed with the best Angel Ever!  ThatKimGirl.    She has been so awesome, I can't wait to meet her someday!  Today I also have to go to the dentist and then just kind of hang out around the house getting last minute details done etc.  I walked 15 laps around our track last night and the only thing that is sore is my shoulder blade, odd you would think it would be my legs.  15 laps is a record for me I have never done that many!  I can't remember if 11-12 is mile, I will have to remind my husband ot measure it.  Not only am I having this surgery but I also quit smoking 7/14/08.  That is going well also.  That morning I just decided I was not going to do it anymore and that was it.  I am breathing so much better already.  And yes I am one of those ex-smokers, that I hated  when I smoked.  Now smelling smoke makes me sick to my stomache.  I could go on forever you all have a wonderful and blessed day!

No idea what I am weighing, but clothes are fitting just fine!

I received Mike's itinerary via email this morning and he will be home next friday afternoon!  I still can't believe it....

Off to get some coffee and wake up some more.  Have some more chores to do around the house, including washing Mike's truck.  (and let me just say that inhaling Comet isn't a very fun thing to do, k?)

Congrats on the weight coming off, Janine!!  That is just awesome!

 I thought last week was bad with zero loss, but I am up 3 lbs this week. This is getting ridiculous!

Good Morning all,  I finally decided to weigh myself.  I kow it's only been a week since surgery, but I have lost a total of 13 pounds since last Monday.
