Diane is out of Surgery....

I just talked to Doug and Diane is out of surgery. The surgeon said it went great and hopefully she will not have too much pain for recovery. She starts therapy tomorrow...can you believe it? She should be home sometime after 3:00, as soon as she can stand up..she is outta there. I will be talking to her tonight and give another update!

On a side note..I was having lunch with my girl Terri when the earthquake hit...and OMG...we were scared...we both grabbed our purses and were ready to run...LOL!!! Then we both immediatly thought OMG...I hope they were interupted in Diane's surgery...but she is fine and doesn't even know we had one..she was sound asleep!

I AM SO GLAD TO HEAR THAT DIANE IS OUT AND DOING GREAT AND THE EARTHQUAKE DIDN'T DISRUPT THE WHOLE THING, I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THAT.

I'm so glad everything went ok and she missed the earthquake!! I guess they don't fool around with the PT, but that is probably a good thing!! When I had my carpal tunnel, many years ago, they didn't do PT and I have no strength in my hands because of it!!

Thanks for the update .. I was wondering when Dougie would call you.. ya we grab our purses...lol neverminding the 3 women with 20 million kids under 3 with them... us bad... we go for the purse instead of helping them LOL guess it's been a while since we had little ones.

Thanks for the update Lisa. I'm glad her surgery went well. When the earthquake struck, I thought about her & hoped it didn't interrup her surgery. And starting PT tomorrow-that's gonna hurt!!

And, yes we'll have to plan an IE lunch or dinner. That would be fun.
