Rollcall: Who is going to the Sacramento OH event??? (Aug 23-24)

Hey all!!

The Sacramento OH event is coming up and I would love to know who is planning to go! I am really looking forward to meeting those who are facing the same struggles, and to hear about everyone's fabulous accomplishments! Having just moved to the area, I don't know a whole lot of people, and I think it really important to our success to network with others in the same boat.

It looks like there is going to be a reception Friday night, as well as a social event Saturday night, YAY!! Also, for those of you coming from out of town, the State Fair will be on, so try to plan an extra day or two for that. It is very close the event hotel.

So speak up if you are planning to come! I look forward to meeting you!

I will see you there Denise. In fact I forgot to mention to you in my last PM to you but I will be the very last speaker of the Event on Sunday.

I sure hope I can make it.  Seems that everything has decided to fall on that weekend.  My husbands company picnic and NOW our youth camping trip with the church on the 22 - 24...so I am still trying to figure this whole thing out!!!!     I have been corresponding with Jen and was really getting pumped about going, experiencing what the conferences are all about and meeting alot of folks I talk to on OH.

I'll know on Sunday if we have enough counselors going on the trip if I don't go....I'll let you know after Sunday.

There is one in San Ramon later in the year....is it the same sort of conference or different?  I may have to plan on that one if August doen't work for me.

The one in San Ramon will be just a one day event but very much like this one. There is big National Event that starts on Halloween and goes until the 2 of Nov. down in LA. That type of event is one where you can meet people from all over the US. Jenn

Hey Denise! I'd love to finally meet you but I can't make it to this one. I'm having ps on the 13th and will be flying home late on the 23rd. Don't think I'll be up for a full day out on the 24th. Maybe next time or maybe we can just meet and greet some other time!

Clearly I'm a little slow on the uptake as I just realized that they were even having an event in Sac. But, I will be there!! I really look forward to meeting all who decide to attend. I'll be going to the LA event, as well...gotta meet MM!
