I am looking for an angel!

Can anyone tell me how to get an angel? Does anyone want to be my angel? I am in the high dessert but I am having my surgery at Chapman Center for Obesity in Orange. This surgery is a gift to myself for my 50th birthday. I will be 50 8/4/08 and my surger is 8/1/08. This also coinsides with the insurance cut off for my surgery which is 8/3/08. lol So if anyone has the time or would be interested let me know. Or if you have any advice on how to get one that would be appriciated also. Have a super rest of the day California.

I'd be happy to be your angel! Just have someone call me and I can let everyone know that you're out of surgery, etc! OK? Hi sweetie!! First of all, Congratulations on your upcoming surgery ~ Woo Hoo!!! I'm very excited for you, you will love this great ride!!!
I see my good buddy Kim has volunteered to be your angel, she is the best, she will do you proud!!!
My mom lives in Victorville, well Silver Lakes actually, and owns an antique store in Victorville, so I'm up there occassionally so maybe we can meet next time I am up there!!!

Thanks so much Becky. Which store? The one next to the route 66 museum? That is one of my favorites if it is hers. That would be nice to get together when you are up here. I usually don't celebrate my birthday, but this year I am! It is going to be all about me! lol. Thanks for your support.

I don't remember where the museum is, but it is on Route 66 and the corner of 6th I think. It is across from the train/bus station and it is called Remember When. It is a great antique store!! They have a waiting list for people wanting a booth in there! I love going there and I love Victorville!! I've been trying to get my hubby to move up there, but he is stubborn. It is sooooo much cheaper and I just LOVE Silver Lakes where my mom lives!!!! I was just up there for a week about 3 weeks ago! bigg huggs, Becky

Yep that is the exact one. That is my favorite one. They are all so nice in there. I took all my kids with me once and the woman there could not believe how well behaved they were. She looked a little nervous at first when she saw me with 6 children. But they were so good she gave them all treats. lol That is where they are having some camping thing this weekend isn't it. I saw it on the posts. I live in Hesperia, about 30-35 min from where your mom's store is. Next time your in town let's do a coffee. Hope to hear from you soon.

How funny!!! I love all the girls that work there, they are so sweet! My mom's name is Cher and she owns it with Barb, the boysterous very red head (lol, don't tell her I said that!!). Isn't it the nicest antique store ever!!! I know I'm not prejudice to say that, I hear people say it all the time!!!
I'm not sure what is going on this weekend, Mom is actually coming down here this weekend. Her hubby still lives here, owns his own biz, and she lives there and they take turns on some weekends coming to the other! I know, wierd, but it seems to work for them!!! The house there is where they will both be eventually, they bought it for their retirement home but my mom fell in love with it out there and bought her store and stayed!!
Next time you are in the store you should see if Cher is working and tell her you know me from OH. She knows all about OH and has met some of my friends from here. We will definitely do coffee or lunch next time I am up there!!!
