Flippin Dr.'s Office

I love it when the Dr.'s office says that they faxed something over....and it mysteriously disappears!  We are going on a week of B.S. doing the back and forth thing between my pcp and the hospital.  All this for a stinkin' sleep study!  I was hoping to have it this week, since i'm on vacation...How difficult is it to do something when you say your gonna do it???

I understand your frustration.  I had everyone fax things to me then I faxed things to the other party.  That way I KNEW it happened.  Yeah, I know...I have control issues. lol  But when something starts not going by my plan, I intervene.

I* know what you mean soome people just are lazy at their jobs you know.......I mean sometimes I loose faxes..purposely..lol jk  hang in there

I wonder if we have the same Dr.??? I have been going thru that "ppwk limbo" for 3 weeks now!!!  And my case worker surely has not been understanding or helpful at all.  I am in Carmel--and have to go to Fres for the surgery ( due to insurance) and Yesterday---while I was in tears with the frustration---I offered to go to the local doc's office ( who faxed everything 4 times now) and pick up hard copies---and  DRIVE down to Fres and hand everything to her!!! Well--- after I said that---- and 4 more phone calls---she finally has everything!! EVERYONE else has been so very nice---it does drive us crazy!!  
    No matter what------ stay a squeeky wheel.....a polite squeeky wheel---cuz we don't want to get them angry---and put our ppwk at the bottom---like my case worker now told me there are 15 files a head of me!!!
