GOOD TUESDAY MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning all!!!   I’ve had about 4hours sleep, cuz I had to get up at 3:00am to get ready for work and to get my husband to the airport for a trip to Sacramento for the week. I am sure around 3 this afternoon I’ll either have a lot of energy or ready for a nap. I plan on staying at work a little late, because I have an OH support group meeting in Pasadena and I don’t want to drive home and then back out to Pasadena. I posted some new pictures. I can really see a difference since surgery. It’s kindof funny, but when I put on clothes (smaller size) I feel smaller and good, but when I look in the mirror well, that is a different story. So, I have decided to stay away from the mirrors at this point.   As others have said, Monica’s party looked like so much fun.  It would have been great going and meeting people, but maybe next time. I am thinking about do the daytrip to SilverLake this weekend, but I am not sure yet.   Janine, I am sorry to hear about your back and cold. Here is sending you good vibes to get well soon!! Just try to get some rest!!!   Well, I better get to work..Hope you all have a wonderful day!!!

Don't go to SilverLakes, that is in the high desert past Victorville, well west of it.  I hope you are going to Lake Silverwood, alot closer.   Look at how much gas I just saved you?

Good morning, California! I am up at the crack of dawn because I'm supposed to go have breakfast with a couple friends ... So far they are nearly an hour late from when they told me we were meeting ..... Soooo ... I have been up since 6am for no reason! (I'm a swing shifter - I got home at 11:45 last night and didn't get to sleep until about 1am.)

userlisa2, I don't know if I'm *supposed to* have coffee, but I do ... Lately I'm hooked on the iced coffee at Starbucks, with 1/2&1/2 and sugar-free vanilla syrup. It hasn't caused me any problems and my pouch doesn't seem to mind it.

I work on a rotating schedule so it's really hard for me to keep up with any TV shows ... If I want to see something, I either have to pray for reruns or buy DVDs. Anyone else watch October Road? I don't even know if it's on anymore. Same with Dirty Sexy Money. Those were my two new favorite shows before that whole writer's strike thing ... Because of my work schedule, I never did find out if either of them came back.

Anyone else watch old sitcoms? I come home from work every night and watch Frasier ... If I'm off on weekdays, I watch a lot of Will & Grace, Reba, and Still Standing ... And more Frasier.

Had I known my breakfast plans were going to turn out like this, I would have taken a walk this morning instead of jumping in the shower as soon as I got out of bed. Oh well! Tomorrow I will walk. Lord knows I was so busy at work yesterday that I probably did at least a mile's worth of walking just around the building during the course of my duties - and that is no joke!

I loved October Road! I have a friend who is a writer who says that it is SUPPOSED to be coming back this fall! I hope so!

Lauren, I love October Road. It's been canceled, but they are going to be doing a 15 minute episode to tie up loose ends. They haven't decided when they are going to do that tho.

No no no! Don't tell me this bad news! There's no way they can tie it up in a mini-sode ... They can't do this to me!

My morning routine.....the nanny, golden girls, fraiser and then Will and Grace.  I love all the sitcoms, I have every single DVD put out for Everybody Loves Raymond.  I won't miss 2 1/2 men.  They have started Frasier over from the beginning, it has been fun to watch.  I am also a sitcom junkie if they are good.  The oldest running show I watch is MASH, but I hate to miss any episode of 2 1/2 men, they crack me up, laugh out loud crack me up.

Two and a Half Men is an incredible show - definitely one of my favorites! I have the first two or three reasons - however many have been released on DVD - and I love to watch them when I have time. I don't catch the new episodes much anymore because of work, but I catch reruns when I can.

I was gone Sunday and had pre-ops yesterday so HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO JANINE.....

I've been on the wonderful liquid diet since Friday, if that wasn't bad enough had to gag on the Barium for the Upper GI Yesterday, now that stuff feels like cement in my lower intestines.  Oh Yuck.  I will prevail.  Just waiten for that glorious Monday the day of my new birth, and of course I get the late surgery 3:15.  At least I can have clear liquids until 11:15.  It's all good.

My avatar pic is of a horse similar to mine.  I am so self consious I just couldn't put my pic up, but I told my dear Angel  -  Nancy R. that before surgery I will post my pic so I'll do that this week.  Everything is a work in progress.
