Diagram of Incision

I am a patient of Dr. Suh and had laparscopic RNY on 4/16. Looking for a diagram of what ea*****ision was used for like which one is the liver retractor, air hose, cutting tools, disection port,  etc. Was going to ask at my appt but Dr. is out of the country and I am really curious.  I have the standard 5 incisions in a C shape  with three up high tha form the top part of the C which start at the upper part of my rib cage and two lower with the last ending at about an inch above my belly button.  Anyone have any diagrams?

I think on Youtube there is a whole RNY lap operation.  Might want to try and find it.  I do know the camera is put in the incision by the bellybutton (that's why that one hurt so much after surgery).  Brian
