DAYTRIPPERS

On Saturday July  26 we are planning a Daytripper  fest. And Friday too for those who can get that day off. That right folks, you can keep your gear in the garage and come on up for the day and hang with us.  We will potluck a dinner in the late afternoon early evening.  You can just hang out, swim in the lake, hike whatever strikes your fancy. So if you plan to come up for the day please PM me  or post so I can get a list going.  .The cost for parking for the day is $8.

AND...................
We will have a potluck Friday and Saturday nites.Those with Boats and water toys will have a lake to bring them out to play.Swimming, sunning on the beach,  AND this year the great big grassy area, can you say frisbee, croquet, badminton, lawndarts, volleyball and after dark?  Dancing??????? Karaoke??? Last year the weather was great NOT TOO HOT NOT TOO COLD.

SueBee . . .I've got a "side" of salmon in the freezer . . . was going to bring to cook . . .but do people like cold salmon like I do . . .I could cook it ahead of time . . . thoughts?

You could alway bring it cold and if anyone wants it hot they can heat it up.  I have ol camp stove and there is always the grill.  IS IT TIME YET?

Oh I am SOOOO ready . . . so do we have a head count so I know how much fruit salad to make? lol . . . and I'm TRYING to find my confirmation for my campsite in my emails . . . duh me . . .

Sad to report a low turn out this year  .  I would safely say about 15 without daytrippers I have not had much of a respose for Daytrippers either    But those of us there will have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will be fun no matter how many are there!  And thanks for the number . . .much easier to plan!

Dudettes... I'm totally bummed I'm missing this. I still have to cancel my reservation, every time I call I wait on hold forever!

I can pick up some salad/spinach/dressing and use the salmon that way too?  I also have some yummy Caribbean jerk marinate if you decide to cook it there.....
