My new avatar pic

Is of my cousin Janet and myself, Saturday night (7/19) in Riverside.  She is in a production of A Little Night Music at the Riverside Community Playhouse.  This is she and I outside the backstage door.  She didn't know her fan base was going to be there so she was super thrilled to see us there. It was so fun to see her, she's truly one of my favorite people and a huge cheerleader for me in my journey.  She is 68 yrs old, can you believe that?  Anyhow, it was cool not to have to worry that I wouldn't fit into the seats this time, as last time she was in a production there, "The Cemetary Club" the fit was rather tight.. ; )  She loved the new haircut, and she's also a hairstylist to boot, she gave me my first hair cut when I was 2!!  It was a pixie cut!  LOL 

Great new pic and congrats on all your hard work!  You're looking good.

Hi Kim,

I'm doing great.  My inlaws left after 2 days visit.  It was exhausting.  I took 2 naps today but was able to get my walking in. :-)  I have to figure out how to do my walking when company is here.

Other than that I'm getting in my vitamins, protein and liquids. Yay!  That part wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be.

I'm down 11 lbs in 11 days.  I'm thrilled!
