Good Morning Janine and Crew!

Janine, truly good news that you got your journals back! These things sometimes have a way of working themselves out don't they?!

Not much on tap for me...Chris and I are working out what we want to do tonight, there are a few options on the table and we are not sure where we want to go. Tomorrow we have a group movie outting, and then Sunday I have to hang around the house all day and wait for the cable company to come fix our cable box (which they screwed up to begin with!) again.

Today at work we have a party at lunch, the company I am working for administrates several senior care homes and the one across the street has a Luau party BBQ today, so we are all going to walk across the street for that at lunchtime. I am looking forward to it, it is nice to be able to get outside and get some fresh air when you are in the office all day, even if it is hot hot hot!

Morning!
Nothing on the agenda for today.  They are getting our backyard ready for sod, so I should stay close to home to get the dogs out every once in a while.

This weekend will be nice- meeting up with my in-laws for pool time and BBQ and then Sunday will probably go fishing.  I will only go if my BIL promises to take care of the worm bits.  LOL  Just kidding, I am not that much of a girly-girl.  Hell, I am no girly girl at ALL! Although, I know absolutely nothing about how to prepare or cook fish and I dont even know if this lake we are going to if you can keep them or release them.....oh whatever, it will be fun!

Anyway- not sure how warm it is supposed to be up here today. However, it seems kind of mild for this time of year.  Of course, now that I have written that out- it will be like 115 today or some crazy ****!  ha ha

Glad your journals were all safe and sound Janine.  What a relief!

Wish I could say it was a good morning for me :(

I've been crying all night and this am.

One of my children (turtle) is missing and I'm just heartbroken.

Can't concentrate on work or anything but better get my butt in gear.

Please think positive thoughts that we find Simone safe and sound!

I LOVE turtles!!! How many do you have?  You need pictures of them on your profile!!       And don't feel like a bad Mom, I'm sure this was out of your control and he will be back because you are a good turtle mommy!!! Keep me posted!
