Zumba is a dance workout that uses Marange, salsa, belly dance, etc.  Burns many calories per one hour session.

I knew 24 Hour moved.  I know right where it is.  I was just at Sally's and didn't even notice...Sacry!!!

The lake was great.  The RV ran like a jewel.  All is well/  How was the wedding?

It was beatiful.  Today I have been just resting to get ready for the work week.  We have overtime available and I am going to try to get some in for extra cash.

I work for Sprint.  What kind of work do you do?

We recently moved from Verizon to Sprint as it is the only cellular service that works back in our canyon.  I work for the Dept. of Corrections.  I am an RN by trade, but work as a Captain answering inmate health care grievances.  I have been with CDC 25 years.

I went to uc Davis I have had no problems with them every one there is very nice. I would do it again in a hart beat.

How long did the whole process take....from referral to surgery?  I'm trying to plan ahead!!!

My PCP referred me in October of 07 and I saw Dr. Fuller and ali in November of 07. I  had surgery on 2/11/08. I liked both of them and all the staff.

Hi, I had my surgery at UCSF, but my friend had hers at UCD with Dr. Ali.

I was disappointed in the education through  UCSF, but I did get to tag along with her as her "support" system...and was able to atend the education sessions along with her....They overload you with info...which is a beautiful thing.

She LOVES.....Dr. Ali.  They staff there if very thorough.  Not sure about how friendly,helpful, etc. they are...she never said and I never asked.....but we both started this process in Oct 07 and I had my surgery 1/31/08 and she had hers 2/13/08...just about 3 mo process.

So to sum it up, my friend is very happy with the pre and post op exerience in dealing with Dr. Ali.  for whatever reason, she wasn't thrilled about Dr. Fuller; which is why she pushed for Dr. Ali...AND GOT HIM.  

Thank you for all the info...and I'm glad they are going to give me lots of info...I love that! 
I have heard great things about Dr Ali. 
I am hoping for november...my husband has time off, and he can help around the house.
