support group meets every tuesday evening @ 630 pm at: Lutheran Church of the Master
725 east ave J.

There will be no support group meeting at the church on the 22nd as the Church is having their summer bible study.

My surgeon sponsors one in Hesperia. Go to www.crownsurgery.com look under bariatric surgery then support groups. Gives location and time. I've been there one time. It's something like the 3 rd Thursday each month, but check the schedule. DAVE

When I saw P-Dale. It made me think that when we would go to football games at Palmdale high they would yell P-Dale, P-Dale. I just had to tell you that as it gave me a bit of a laugh.

there are no palms in Palmdale so it doesn't sound right to me, I just call it P-Dale. We should probably drop the Palm and just call it Dale, don't you think???
