Nothing on the agenda for me today. Still stuck at home and going stir crazy. Ugh! I am soooo over this broken ankle. I haven't walked in over a month. I'm tired of being in this wheelchair. Ok, enough whining.

I hope everyone has a great day and try to stay cool. It is not as hot up here in Jackson. Just in case no one knows where this is I am about an hour southeast of Sacramento.
I scheduled my Psych eval yesterday for Aug 4. Then all I have to do is finish the 3 month Dr supervised diet then it will be time to submit to the ins co.
Do not forget to sip sip sip your liquids.

Good Cali Morning to all, (it is still morning right?)
Well my morning has been nothing less then crazy. Got up took hubby to work, then woke up the kids and washed the car, made breakfast, cleaned the kitchen, started laundary and now am getting ready to take them all to the beach.
Steve please know that you are so very loved here on this board and that you and your entire family are in my prayers daily.
As Janine has said, keep drinking tha****er peeps. IT's gonna be a really hot one! We dont' want any sicky's.

I finally made it before noon! I'm doing well getting in my protein, vitamins and fluids. Walked 1.75 miles yesterday. Woo hoooo! I'm still just concentrating on recovery and building my miles back up. My inlaws come Friday for a visit so I probably won't be around this weekend.
Janine, feel better! It's not the same when you're not here.
Steve, you're still in my thoughts. I hope they are keeping your brother comfortable.

Off to finish my protein drink and close my eyes for a few minutes.
I'm not a morning person for the most part. Throughout the day, I check in and for the most part, I am a lurker.
My Summer classes are half way over. I love the abbreviated summer session however gettng a week to do a full blown research paper is the pits.
This week I'm focusing on jump starting my weightloss. Maybe Janine can give me some pointer. Janine --- you're doing awesome

I set a goal of being 161 by the 28th (7 month surgiversary) - with the scale not moving lately I'm not sure its going to happen. Right now I am about 3lbs off so who knows.
My big outing today was down to Deseret Industries to donate old clothes. I have a hard time parting with my big clothes but I find its easier if I bag them quickly and immediately drive them down to Deseret. Fast fast fast I don't want to have time to rethink the donation. To me its nuts how attached I get to my clothes. Anyways- that was my excitement today.
Bekki you know if you go back to those basics, the weight will come off. I am prime example of that one. What worked for me was to watch my carb intake and once I lost those evil carb cravings....I have done fine. Do not beat yourself up over fajitas or not being able to run focus on the positive and it will give you not only a better outlook on making your goals, but you will just feel better about your accomplishments in general! You are doing great...so there! And you know getting rid of your clothes quickly is a great idea because then it makes you commit to never going back there because who wants to go and buy bigger clothes again!!!
