Good Morning Janine and Crew!

Not much on tap for me today, work, then home to do some laundry and dishes and get dinner going. Today is day two of my working interview, however, I found out yesterday that the person supposed to be evaluating me isn't even here, she had to leave on a family emergency, so I am not sure what that means for me. Whatever, I will do my three day project and go from there. I also got a call yesterday for a 5 day contract next week, so as soon as I find out what is going on with job A, I will call back about job B, LOL. When it rains it pours I guess.

OK...my tummy is grumbly so I better get my protein shake made and get my day started.

Janine, I hope you feel better!

Made it home in about 5 1/2 hours yesterday- which is REALLY good!! Plus, the kids were behaving despite the fact that our entertainment system took a dump and stopped working.  Good to be back home, but I just realized that I need a new bed!  My back was fine the whole time in San Diego when I was sleeping on my parents couch and one night in my bed at home and I am sore as HELL!  grrrrr

Well, off to take care of bills and such. Hope everyone has a great day and stays cool!

You should try a sleep number bed.. a little pricey (about 2000) but SO worth it!! I swear you will never have a sore back again..

Yes, I would LOVE to have one of those beds...Mike would KILL me if I got one though!!

Good morning Janine and all from your states capital (well close enough to Sacramento).

I just found this local state board and really love reading the postings about things/people locally.

If there are any social events, gatherings, picnics, runs, fun stuff or whatever in our area, please let me know how I can find out. I noticed that there was kyacking down in So. Cal this past weekend and I would love to be able to be part of something like that up this way.

Glad your feeling better Janine.  Most definatley keeping Bob and Steve and his family in my thoughts and prayers.

My laptop crashed day before yesterday so it  is in the shop and they couldn't recover anything. Luckily I keep most everything backed up so there was only  few things and pics of my grandson are still in my camera.  Oh my gosh how horrible I have to come in the back bedroom to the computer.

Good Morning Cali!

Well, today is my last day of wor****il the 4th of August!  I am so excited!  I am 1 day and 20 hours away from having my surgery.  I am so EXCITED!  I think I have everything I need and I am all registered at the hospital, so now it's just time. 

Gotta run!
