Ok.....do 6 this weekend...then 10 or 11 on 7/26.  Then 6 on 8/2 and 12 or 13 (depending on what you did on 7/26) on 8/9.  6 more on 8/16 and 8/23 and then the 1/2 marathon on 8/31.  You need to make sure you don't pu**** too hard and let your muscles rest.  9 on monday and 10 this weekend is too much!  :-)

HeYYYYY.. just like she said.. if you do tooo much too quickly your body will HATE you and start doing all kinds of funky things.. be kind & rest...
