Guess I'm learning the site better..........Has anyone heard of the "5 Day Pouch Test"?  Has anyone tried it and does it work?I found the diet on another WLS site; it's suppose to help test your "pouch" to make sure it's working and to help get you back on track, if you're eating wrong........ie "slidder foods" like popcorn and prezels.
