Update on Brother Bob
Hi people……
This morning I spoke with Darrell and got an update on brother Bob. (Steve was not about to talk) They did indeed have to intubated Bob this morning. And at this point they have him resting comfortable.
…………….
I just got off the phone with Steve and got a more information about Bob. After the meeting with the doc this morning………they where told “it’s just a matter of time“ Steve is……….well, doing as good as one can at a time like this.
Steve say’s the nurses, well everyone, is taking great care of Bob, and they are also, taking great care of the whole family. He was telling me about one nurse, that has “been there done that” with her family and has been great, wonderful with Bob and so very understanding with the whole family. Having kind nursing staff, takes a bit of the worry out of having a family member in the hospital.
Steve is very thankful for all the love and support that everyone is showing him and his family. He says thank you! I am not sure when he will be around again, but I am sure he will update much better then I am able to.
I wish peace for Steve and his family.

YES...peace and love to the whole family...God bless them...and all of the health care workers who are truly caring for the family at this time.
Thanks for the update, Lu.

As you know I feel for Steve. I wish that Bob is as comfortable as he can be. If you have not been there its so difficult to watch your Loved One struggle to breath or for tha matter even to be touched.
Lu, I know that you know as well as I do. I will never ever forget the words I sent to you when your Dad was so ill. I hope that when you last spoke with Steve that you reminded him to talk to Bob.
You know Lu, it also seems that you have been the bearer of sad news for a few of us. I can tell you that I truly appreciate that you stepped up for me when I ha to deal with my Mom. It is a tough thing to do but I can tell you that I appreciated it down so deep into my soul. We appreciate the updates. Sending my Love and Peace to Steve and His family.
I Love You my Friend

Thank you Lu,
My heart goes out to Steve and his family. I lost my sister (she was only 40) to kidney failure caused complications of Type I diabetes. It is one of the hardest things to go thru. So many ups and downs during her last year. I have been saying prayers, and I know that sometimes we don't understand why things like this happen, I beleive with all of my heart that there is a God that has all the answers. I will continue to pray for Bob and Steve and family to give them the strength and comfort to get thru this.
Thank you so much for the update
Linda
I never have the right words to say in these situations . . . but I so hope the family is able to take strength from each other, and from all their friends there wanting to add their support.
I haven't been online much because my computer at home isn't working . . . but my thoughts and prayers were still with Bob and Steve, as well as the rest of the family.
