My RNY is done and my journey begins
Thanks Liz!
It's just been so amazingly good!
I'm happy to report I was able to get in all my protein AND water yesterday and walked 1.5 miles. No moss going under these feet. lol
I thought the protein would be the hardest to do but it was the water that took me so long. 10:45 PMish and I finally finished. Protein was done around 1:00pm
One other thing I've noticed is I don't have the urge to urinate. I sit and always have to go though. Nothing good or bad, just a change.

Hi Jan,
I'm such a dork! I kept trying to post last night and I did something wrong, I think I changed that HTML editor...... It's still acting weird! Lesson: Do not post intoxicated!!! i only had one drink though! hehehehe
I am so glad you are doing so well! And your DH sure sounds like a Trooper for sure!!! He's definitely a "keeper!"
I can tell you are going to be a Big Loser!!! And I am so happy and excited for you! Congratulations again on your new journey in life!!!
Love, Jeni

I am so glad everything is going well. That sleep is the best. I loved taking a package of beef Top Ramen (not noodles) and boil water and have worm beef broth and that was heaven to me. I also loved my SF pop sickles.
After surgery now everything has to be hot or ice cold to drink, that is the most funniest thing to about this adventure.
I had to be at the hospital alone, so I am glad you had your DH there with you. My oldest Jessica (16) stayed home with Buddy the dog and they slept in my bed, and my little Lena (9) stayed with Papa.
Remember to rest , walk , and always have something to drink next to at all times. Ever since surgery, I wake up and my gums in my mouth are so dry, and believe me I drink all the time. I have Sleep Apnia, and I think I might need to go in for a sleep study to see if the level of air is too high now.
