Do you guys use this site to track your food? I started this week b/c I'm trying out the 1000cal/day diet to see how I will do when I do have to lose that 10-15 lbs... My question is, do you input EVERYTHING you do as far as activities? I mean, they have "eating-while sitting", "filing", "sitting doing office work" etc... do you put those in?  I feel like I'm cheating if I do, lol Just curious as to how others do this, any tips appreciated :)

I've used Fitday as well, years ago... I like this one better for some reason.  It's pretty easy to use.  :)

I put down that I'm sedentary and then only log activities when they last long enough to make an impact. So I needt to have huffed and puffed a bit. I tend to forget to log activities though. Like when I spent 6 hours cleaning out my house and was very sore afterwards. I just realized I never logged that.

You can also pick "light activity" or "moderate activty" etc and not log any activities unless they are out of the ordinary.
