Home from 1st round of PS

Well its official, I am home from my first round of reconstructive surgery and I am doing well. I have some pain, but i have a pain pump which is helping plus I have other pain meds to offset everything else. I am draining well, I am mobile and my hubby says that despite the fact I am swollen, I look flat... God love him. I will keep you updated as I heal, I went on the scale thinking I would see a big change in my weight because they took a quite a bit of skin and tissue. but with all the bloating, swelling and water retention I am actually up in weight... OMG was that a blow.... so i have been restricted from going on the scale lol. Hope all is well with all of you, try to stay cool... Loni Mom to 5 Teacher to Many Out to change the World

I have a pain pump that automatically administers pain meds to keep things numb, not to much pain. Sudden moves hurt and there is some pain in my pubis area where a bunch of skin was removed and I have two incissions between my legs. Like I said I go back on the 15th for a follow-up. I am excited to see how I look when the swelling goes down. Loni
