What kind of improvement for stress incontinence has anyone experienced.

Sorry no one answered your question! I have little experience with this as I am a pre-op with more overactive bladder issues rather than stress incontinence. I think the theory is that the excess weight puts pressure on the bladder valves causing leaks. When a good bit of the excess weight is shed after surgery, the valves get a break and are able to do their job more easily and successfully. My doctor indicated that it is common for stress incontinence to be resolved when weight loss occurs following surgery.

I am only a couple weeks out, but I already see a difference. I also pee a lot less, so that may be helping.
