Steve - The Palliative Care person will hopefully add a lot of comfort to you all. As I understood from the article you highlighted, managing Bob's symptoms to make him more comfortable might give him more energy to fight this new infection and the low blood pressure. It should also give you and your family some peace of mind to know that someone is watching over Bob's quality of life at this time. I will pray for all of you. Make sure you take care of yourself so that you will be able to help support Bob and the rest of your family. -- Carol
