Good Monday Morning Cali!
Good Morning! It's back to work for me and Jayden is at the sitter's. They're headed to Water Works today. I am totally patting myself on the back because I made a chiropractic appointment followed by a massage for today thinking I might be sore after quad riding. Boy was I right! Since I had my accident on Friday and I "broke my butt" (according to Jayden). I'm gonna go find some pain killers and get to work shuffling papers.................. Keep cool and keep hydrated!

Happy Monday!
It's hard to come back to work when I've had so much fun.
I just posted the link to the 5k pictures, I'm really proud of the the first-timers and I'm looking forward to the next event. I think I want to post an event once a month and hopefully the exercise bug will spread. I'm looking for a 5k/10k so that I can run a little farther. I need to be ready for the 1/2 marathon at the end of the summer.
Janine, I love love LOVE that picture of Ava! You have to enter that in a photo contest or something, she has that 'Gerber baby' mouth....so cute!
I had a date with a man yesterday who seems to be a really great guy. I knew he had been divorced, like most men my age seem to be. I have not yet told him about my WLS, which might be a good thing since.....are you ready for this?.....his ex-wife left him after she had WLS! I'll find a way to tell him about me when the time is right, most likely it will be when we go out to eat and I can't finish anything.
Well, time to go back to work....love you California!
