Hi all, It'd been awhile but after TEN long months post-op I have finally reached Onederland. GESH!!!..I never thought I would see it and I still have about 60 pounds to my goal weight. I have been doing it right so I wondered what the heck was taking so long. I still do the up and down on the scale but just don't weigh myself much anymore. Have any of you shared this experience? Laura

Congratulations Laura!  Keep up the great work. Don't feel bad about the scale.  I only weight once a week also. Kim

Laura congratulations on making it to the onderlands....great feeling eh? I know I was told by many that oh you will lose x amount of pounds in x amount of time, but I was a slow loser. If you are doing everything right post wls....your body will eventually get to where it wants to get...but it is in your bodies time..not yours if you know what I mean. I always like to think of it as Rome was not built in a day kind of thing and it took us a while to get obese..that did not happen overnight either...so be patient....do things right and you will make your goal!

Congratulations again! Bounce
