He's my favorite for protein shakes!  Pina colada is even better, if you can imagine. :) ---jan---

where do you get them?  so far, all of the protein shakes i've tried are totally puke-a-licious.   and is the magic bullet a "must have" item?

Just going to butt in here for a minute - the Magic Bullet is Great but you can also get a personal size blender at Wal Mart - they  are cheaper than the Bullet and the container you blend in is also the mug you drink out of...plus it has a travel lid.  Thats what I use when I want a "frappacino" style protein drink. I think I have one of those creamsicle sample packs, I better try it...thanks for the info.

ROTFL at puke-a-licious! www.jayrobb.com  The magic bullet is wonderful, especially helpful for making your purreed foods.  I bake some chicken, toss in a little salsa, and cheese or a little FF sour cream, a little milk and give it a whir.  It comes out soft and tastey!  I wouldn't be able to make it without mine.  www.BuyTheBullet.com or loads of other places online. :) Soon! ---jan---

Vitamin Shoppe is a national store so you probably have one around your neck of the woods. I go to a discount vitamin store (which is NOT really a discount store, but I can walk to it from my house so I guess I save money on gas) in Sherman Oaks and buy them there... I have the Walmart version of the MAgic Bullet- and it rocks in a BIG WAY!
