Support Group question....
Hi Angee, I went to a support group for almost a year before my surgery this past April. I was invaluable to me. It continue to go for the support. I would definitely suggest you go to one. Good luck in your weightloss journey. =)

Thanks for the info!! I will most definitely go to a support group....i'll need it because i'm SO nervous about this whole thing and i'm barely going to my doctor appointment with my primary care physician to talk to him about it for the first time and i'm nervous about what he's going to say! lol
i had to switch pcp's because the other doctor i had told me flat out NO that she would not give me a referral because i can do it with diet and exercise! (been trying that for years only to re-gain plus some!) She thinks everyone has it as easy as her to lose weight. For 1 she's naturally thin, 2 she's NEVER had kids and she's in her late 40's, 3 she's vegan, 4 she works out 6 days a week as soon as she leaves the office....and i know all this because i use to work with her! lol
Thank you for the good luck wish with my journey! I will need it!! :)
