Researching Plastic Surgery

Well, I am 14 months post op now and have been at my goal since December.  I guess it is that time to start researching plastic surgeons.  I am thinking LBL, Augmentation, and tummy tuck.   Everyone who has had plastic surgery I have 3 questions for you: 1.  Who was your plastic surgeon? 2. Would you recommend them? 3.  What did it cost? I am hopefully going to have plastics in January. Hugs to all!! Heather

The best Plastic Surgeon around is Dr. Eric Mariotti in Concord, CA.  Check out the patient reviews on him.  He did my tummy tuck and arm lift 3 years ago, my insurance covered those because I was getting sores and rashes everywhere.  Just 2 months ago he did my butt lift and breast augmentation, those were about $15,000.  Dr. Mariotti truly cares about his patients, he gets to know each of them and remembers personal things about everyone of them.  He is the best.  He is doing a presentation at the OH event in Sacramento on Aug. 23 & 24.  That would be a great place to get info from.

I am planning to be there and look forward to seeing him there!

Hi Heather, In answer to your questions: My plastic surgeon with Dr. Brian Kent and yes I would highly recommend him.  My cost for a TT/BL was $11,500. The man is a Genius, his work is excellent as well as the care you receive before and after surgery.  I had three different consults but liked Dr. Kent the best and I will use him again when it's time for more surgery.  I suggest that you have at least a couple of consults and trust me you will know when you have found the right one.  Good Luck in your quest! I only have one warning for you and that is once you get started you will want to keep fixing things that you are not happy with, it's almost like an addiction!!
