4th of July

Hey you!! Have fun in Vegas!!!  I am totally itching to go.  I figure from here (san diego) it isn't as far to drive as it is from Lemoore!  If only I had about a grand to blow, I would SO do it! All of my family is going down to Crowne Point on Friday.  My sis and BIL are taking their camper/trailer thingy down there late Thursday night/early Friday AM and then we will be there allllllll day.  Well, maybe all day.  That kind of depends on the crowd and all.  Anywho- should be fun! We aren't doing anything too special. My husband and I will be going to a cousins. Family and friends gather, we barbque and then all pile into cars to go to the local h.s. The small town (Winters) sponsors fire works. Everyone brings a blanket, lies down on the football field and the fire works are lanched above our heads. It's a family afair for the small town. 20 minutes of breathtaking fireworks and then well all troop back to our cars and go home... Nothing special. Two of my (adult) kids are going camping with their families. I haven't heard from the third, but she often magically appears in the same place in the football field with her daughter...

Well, Tina and I will be getting (re) Married!  We had our formal ceremony 7 years ago and didn't want another anniversary to celebrate and remember...lol.  So, we're doing it on our anniversary!  We also have a tradition of taking a family picture, so we'll be doing that too.  The ceremony and picture will happen in the morning and in the afternoon we'll be going to a friend's house for swimming and a BBQ! -Donna
