I'm so late today, I'm sure Janine is about to post for tomorrow. lol I will look for the gel sleeves,  thanks very much! 8 days til surgery My jammies arrived!  Now I can go to the hospital in style. Lol  I actually bought from QVC.  I was flipping channels and saw a nice pajama set with robe. Jan’s new jammies The hospital called to follow up on my online registration.  All systems are go.  I’ll buy the milk of magnesia and cheese cloth to strain my soups today.  I’m seeing my nurse practitioner this afternoon and will give her a sheet to put in my chart with the RNY date,  possible complications and solutions, meds I’m no longer to take and the vitamins & supplements I’ll be on post op.  The only thing I’ve been craving is a fillet mignon so I bought it, looked online how to prepared and did so.  Oh MY it was sooo goood! Janine and Crew, Good MOrning.  The week can't go fast enough.  I am tired and looking forward to 3 glorious days off.  We have a very busy clinic 2day.  No I did not ride my bike 2 work yesterday as I had it on the trainer in the house ( no I am not trying to house break it ) but could not remember how to get the back wheel off. I was a little leary of trying get it off not knowing how as the back wheel is where all the gears and stuff are and did not want to screw it up! So when Chuck got home he showed me how easy it was.  DUH.   So, I am driving my bike to work and meeting a friend/pt after work for a nice long ride up into the hills up Godde Pass.  Nice long steep canyon.  We are going at 5 we will have damn winds as it is always windy on that side of town. But oh well, I can do it. As for my face I am a big suncreen fanatic. I will offerr you sunscreen if I see you have none with you or on.  Heck my sun screen is in a 32 oz pump container.  I hate dealing with the skin issues and it doesn't look like it will go away anytime to soon either.   Hope that you all have a nice relaxing day. Need to hop in the shower before my morning phone call from Luana.  You know we talk about half hour every morning. Gotta go jump into the shower.
