Okay--- I called Vierra's office today-- for something for myself---and I KNOW he will be in town at least on thursday---because he gives that lecture at chomp.  So I am hoping for you to finally make contact!! AND --I'd call the gastro people myself and explain the situation----- I don't know Fern...I'd be kinda noisy to the docs about it  ( oh just wait till my turn)   Maybetell Vierra's office that you went to the ER and they really didn't help!! ESPECIALLY ask them WHY it happened---not just--"it happens at 3-4 weeks out??"   I am heading to Fres tomorow for my consult----and I know I'll ask that question! I'll keep hoping you are feeling better fast----but I really think this has gone on long enough!!  ~~~Lori

And you know you and Kim B. are my guides on this.... Higa patients; Vierra Patients....  as you go thru all this --- it helps me know what to expect!

Lori, what I would have done differently was to take/hand carry my records from Higa to Vierra. That way there wouldn't have been the delay. I missed my 3 week post op this way, so they didn't have an opportunity to catch the stenosis early. It shouldn't have gotten this bad.

The earliest Vierra's office could get me in was the end of July. After the procedure I'll call them and try to get in sooner.
