GAS!  The pain has moved from my pouch to the bottom of my gut.  I have gas a lot more gas than normal, it feel like I need to poop.  I am pooping a little, but not like I usually do.  I think I will try M.O.M - Milk of Magnesia -   I think it was from the "No Sugar Added Ice Cream"!  I have had it before, it was just the vanilla, but this time I tried a peanut butter one and I think this did not agree with me at all. What do you take for gas pain, and bloating? Annabelle

Thanks.  I haven't really tried anything, because this has never been an issue before.  Before surgery I would eat an apple, or drink some apple juice and that would get things moving.......LOL If M.O.M doesn't work, then I will try Gas-X Thanks Annabelle

Annabelle Even though food is No Sugar Added, it will also contain natural and other types of sugars such as sugar alcohols (bad stuff for us) and usually it is loaded with Carbs.  The combination of the two will cause  lots and lots of gas.  Even just one of these can cause extreme gas and usually it is quite "odorly"! The M.O.M. will get things moving and Gas-X will help get rid of the gas itself.  They even have dissolvable Gas-X strips, which I carry in my purse for those "special" occasions. Sheryl

Thank you Sheryl.  I have learned my lesson!  The pain has left, but still a little gassy. Thanks, Annabelle

Stay away from the NS addd ice cream....it is deadly!!! You do not need it for starters and it sounds like you, like me cannot tolerate it. I learned a long time ago from a bad experience with it and continued trying it that it was lethal. Don't go down the slippery slope of find treats to eat Anabelle. Plus I am not trying to be mean to you....just helpful. Stick to the basics for your greatest success! Kisses

Janine, Now you tell me........LOL..........I am glad it was just the SF Ice Cream, and not anything more serious.  I do not like pain, and will stay away.  I will stick to my SF Pop Sickles. Thanks, Annabelle PS You were not mean!

Annabelle, I find that Gas-X usually helps with the gas. They have chewable ones in cherry cream flavor that aren't bad. Feel better soon.
