Just wanted to wish everyone a Great Hump Day.  Two more days til the weekend .  Hope everyone has a great day. Naomi, we will miss you on Saturday but I know you will look fantastic the next time I see you Janeene, congats on your WOW moment.  I can't wait to be able to share my 1st wow moment. ...........................soon  Maureen, quiting smoking is one of the hardest things to accomplish.  Congratulations to a healthier smoke free you since I stopped smoking, I don't even have to use my inhaler anymore Kim,  what great advise.  I actually measured myself last night (wow what an aweful thing to see) and I had my daughter take some pictures of me. I may actually get brave enough to put some up on here.  See you at coffee LB crew on Saturday.   I hope everyone has a great Day

I know I am healthier, happier, smell better, richer (damn, it's $4.50 a pack!) and better off.  I am so happy I was able to quit that nasty addiction!  I can wait until July 22nd - I just don't want to!!!!    I will just use this as a positive step that I can use this time to get my walking stamina up, spend more time on the treadmill and get my muscles and mental all in sync and ready to get to work on the NEW ME!!!!!  By Christmas I should be well on my way to being utterly adorable!

Mornin'!!! It is still morning isn't it? I've been sleeping in since I don't have to take Tara to school. Although it doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get, I am always tired. I really need to get my thyroid and iron checked out!!  Yaaayyyyy for the measurements and pictures!!!! You won't be sorry and yes you should post them. We are all in this ride together and understand each other, so don't be afraid!!! We are here to support you in every way we can!!!!  I'm planning on coming to the July LB coffee and I can't wait!!!
