In Need of Support!
OK Ladies, I need your help here!
I've kicked the working out up a few notches, and found my bod can take it ... and even, god forbid, LIKES it!! I have been blessed to have retained most of my boobage with this huge loss. I'm so happy about that (lets not mention the man's happiness abt that, too). ANYWAY ... with the increased movement comes increased bounce. AND OUCHES. I have yet to find a good, supportive sports bra that keeps the girls in check. I have resorted to wearing two, one that's less supportive under the one I got at Ross which is an Addidas one in XL. I just recently was able to get into a 38, and maybe that's my route. But does anyone have any suggestions to brand names or stores where a girl with amble assets can get some much needed support.
I mean, i did my running this morning with my hands holding myself in and down. It was not good!
Thanks in advance!
I also wear 2 at a time, it helps alot. Perhaps try places like Nordstrom's Rack, Ross, and Marshalls... good luck! If you find something, let us know!
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Thanks, Liz. I googled Opera sports bra and it came up with Enell. And wow, do they look orthopedic! HAHAHHAHA I'm sure they work like a charm. I'll have to invest in one, and at $60, these boobs o'mine better not shrink anymore!! http://www.enell.com/news.html
Hey Missy,
I think the bra that Oprah endoressed on her show awhile back is the Wacoal. They sell them at Nordstroms and I have a couple. They are a bit more pricey...but let me tell ya even with washings...they stay new for a very long time and talk about good support!

If you have the money to spend on a good bra, your boobs will thank you. I went to a store that works with mastectomy women and brides. Mine were 46 J, and cost about $65 each, but they worked for sports and nursing and just everyday use. It definitely took care of the jiggle problem. Jodee (Jodie?) is one brand. Another is Jeunique. They have lots of back hooks, and support your bust weight by that being pretty tight. That way you don't have all that weight on your straps digging into your shoulders. I would try it out. -- Carol
PS If anyone needs any 46J, please let me know and I'll ship them (3) to you. They are too big for me now (oh, darn) and are almost new!
