May I ask, what is a stomache binder? I had surgery 3 weeks ago and never heard of one of those? By the way, congradulations!!! I'm happy you are feeling so well. I got a small hernia fixed too, must be kinda common. Fern

It is a big elastic band with velcro on it, like a girdle. I like feeling like I am being held in with it.
