Dr. Hamamji at St. Joseph hospital

Hi has anyone seen Dr. Hamamji in Orange at St. Joseph hospital and what are all the things do you do once you have been approved from Ins. This is the Docter my Insurance is sending me too. I have to go to a Community lecture next week, I am so excited that I have been approved and just so want to know what is next, I know that I must lose 10% of my weight before surgery. Is there a time limit to when I must lose this weight? Or lose it and then after you finish classes then do they schedule surgery date? Ok I know I've asked alot of questions, trying to contain myself(push send and step away from the computer).....Thanks Virginia
